By using the Storybook Club, you acknowledge the limitations described below.

1. General Information

The Storybook Club provides storytelling, entertainment, creative inspiration, family activities, and general educational and informational content. We make reasonable efforts to present useful and current material, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, accurate, current, suitable, error-free, or available.

Content, features, schedules, membership benefits, files, links, and activities may be corrected, updated, replaced, suspended, or removed when reasonably necessary. Adult users are responsible for deciding whether content is appropriate for their child, household, classroom, device, and circumstances.

2. Fictional Content

The Storybook Club features fictional stories, magical worlds, characters, adventures, conversations, illustrations, music, videos, and other imaginative content. Unless expressly identified otherwise, fictional characters, events, places, dialogue, and story elements are creative works and should not be understood as descriptions of actual people or events.

Any resemblance between fictional content and actual persons, living or deceased, or actual events or places may be coincidental unless otherwise stated.

3. Educational Content and No Professional Advice

Reading materials, worksheets, printables, lessons, activities, and other educational content are provided for enrichment, entertainment, and general learning. They are not a substitute for a school curriculum, individualized educational plan, evaluation, diagnosis, therapy, or instruction from a qualified professional.

Nothing in the Storybook Club constitutes medical, legal, financial, tax, investment, mental-health, educational-placement, safety, or other professional advice. Consult an appropriately qualified professional before making a decision that requires professional advice.

4. Children and Adult Responsibility

The Storybook Club is family-oriented and may appeal to children. Memberships, purchases, account management, communications, and the submission of personal information are intended to be handled by an adult. A parent, legal guardian, teacher, or other responsible adult should supervise a child’s use of the Storybook Club and determine whether particular stories, products, websites, and activities are age-appropriate.

Adults are responsible for explaining online-safety rules, protecting account credentials, reviewing external links before a child uses them, and ensuring that a child does not submit personal information without appropriate adult involvement. 5. Activities Materials and Safety

Crafts, recipes, gardening, miniature projects, printables, experiments, outdoor activities, movement, tools, small parts, batteries, adhesives, paints, food ingredients, websites, and other activities or materials may involve risks. Instructions and images may not identify every possible hazard or variation in a product, environment, or participant’s needs.

Adults are responsible for reviewing instructions, checking for choking, allergy, toxicity, electrical, tool, weather, internet, and other hazards, selecting age-appropriate materials, following manufacturer guidance, using appropriate protective equipment, and providing close supervision. Stop an activity if conditions are unsafe or a participant experiences discomfort or an adverse reaction.

6. Digital Files Membership Access and Technology

Digital files, interactive flipbooks, videos, audio, downloads, Members Area features, and other online content may depend on a compatible device, browser, software, account, internet connection, and third-party technology. We do not guarantee that every feature or file will work on every device or remain continuously available.

Temporary interruptions, maintenance, security measures, updates, provider outages, file errors, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect access. We will make reasonable efforts to address verified problems, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. 7. Books Products and Merchandise

Descriptions and images of books, digital products, merchandise, activities, and services are provided for general information. Colors, appearance, scale, materials, features, packaging, availability, and prices may differ from images or descriptions and may change without notice. Device displays and print or production methods can also affect color and appearance.

Adults should review product descriptions, formats, age guidance, safety information, materials, ingredients, specifications, sizing, shipping terms, and seller policies before purchasing or allowing a child to use a product. A product or service may not meet every person’s needs or expectations.

8. External Links Embedded Content and Services

The Storybook Club may link to or display content from third-party retailers, marketplaces, print-on-demand providers, payment processors, social-media platforms, video or audio hosts, software providers, and other websites or services. Bentley Global Group, LLC does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, accessibility, privacy practices, products, services, or terms.

A link, embed, mention, feature, or reference does not necessarily mean that we endorse every statement, product, service, or practice of the third party. When users leave the Storybook Club or interact with an outside service, the third party’s policies and terms govern that interaction.

9. Opinions, Reviews, and User Contributions

Reviews, recommendations, commentary, testimonials, and opinions reflect the views and experiences of the identified author, contributor, or participant at the time of publication. Individual experiences and results vary and are not guarantees.

Comments, reviews, photographs, artwork, stories, or other material submitted by visitors or outside contributors remain the responsibility of the person who submitted them and do not necessarily represent the views of Bentley Global Group, LLC or the Storybook Club.

10. Affiliate Sponsorship and Compensation Disclosures

The Storybook Club may receive affiliate commissions, referral fees, sponsorship payments, gifted products, royalties, sales revenue, or other compensation connected with certain links, content, partnerships, or products. We do not guarantee any particular reading level, educational progress, creative result, emotional response, commercial result, financial outcome, health benefit, or other outcome from using the Storybook Club, reading a book, following an activity, purchasing a product, or relying on content.

12. Limitation of Responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bentley Global Group, LLC is not responsible for loss, injury, damage, cost, or inconvenience arising from reliance on Storybook Club content, participation in an activity, use of a product, interaction with a third party, technical incompatibility, or inability to access content or services.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited. The limitations of liability in our Terms of Use also apply.

We may update this Disclaimer as our content, activities, membership features, products, technology, and business practices change. The Last Updated date above will show when it was most recently revised.
