This Copyright and Intellectual Property Notice explains the ownership and permitted use of original content associated with Teelie Turner’s Magical Storybook Club, operated by Bentley Global Group, LLC. Our creative work has substantial artistic and commercial value, and unauthorized copying or exploitation is prohibited.

1. Ownership of Storybook Club Content

Unless expressly identified otherwise, the original content displayed, distributed, or made available through the Storybook Club is owned or controlled by Bentley Global Group, LLC or used with permission. Protected content may include:

• Stories, books, manuscripts, dialogue, poems, scripts, descriptions, and other written content;
• Original characters, character names, appearances, personalities, costumes, worlds, settings, and storylines;
• Illustrations, artwork, paintings, graphics, photographs, animations, videos, music, songs, sound recordings, and audio;
• eBooks, interactive flipbooks, activity files, printables, coloring pages, worksheets, bonuses, downloads, and Magical Doorway materials;
• Logos, branding, page designs, visual layouts, icons, product designs, patterns, packaging, and promotional materials; and
• Members Area content, collections, compilations, arrangements, and other original creative materials.

2. Copyright Protection Does Not Require a Certificate

Copyright protection may arise automatically when an original work is created and fixed in a tangible form. A work can be protected even if it does not display a copyright notice and even if no separate registration certificate is posted on this website.

This page is a general ownership and rights notice. It is not an archive of individual copyright certificates and does not represent that every item has a separate copyright registration. The absence of a registration number or certificate does not place a work in the public domain or grant permission to use it.

3. Trademark Rights

Teelie Turner® is a registered trademark of Bentley Global Group, LLC. U.S. Trademark Registration No. 4,652,056. The Teelie Turner name, registered mark, logos, brand elements, and source-identifying uses may not be copied, imitated, registered, displayed, or used in a way that suggests sponsorship, approval, affiliation, or origin without prior written permission.

Other names, logos, and marks appearing through the Storybook Club may belong to their respective owners. Nothing on the Storybook Club grants a trademark license except through a separate written agreement.

4. Limited Personal and Household Use

An authorized membership or purchase provides only the limited right to access and use the applicable content for its stated personal, household, and noncommercial purpose. Purchasing a book, membership, download, product, or item does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, characters, stories, designs, trademarks, or copyrights.

Adult members may print a reasonable number of copies of an expressly printable file for personal household use. A parent, guardian, or teacher may use publicly available material for ordinary reference, but membership-only downloads, activity files, and protected materials may not be copied for an entire class, school, library, group, organization, or business without a written license that permits that use.

5. No Unauthorized Use

Without prior written permission from Bentley Global Group, LLC, no person or organization may copy, download, reproduce, republish, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, modify, translate, trace, redraw, animate, imitate, adapt, sell, license, upload, transmit, or otherwise exploit protected Storybook Club content.

Prohibited uses include, without limitation:

• Removing or altering copyright, trademark, watermark, credit, or ownership notices;
• Sharing membership credentials, downloads, bonus materials, or protected files outside the authorized household;
• Uploading protected content to shared drives, marketplaces, websites, social-media accounts, print-on-demand services, or file-sharing platforms;
• Creating derivative, competing, counterfeit, confusingly similar, or unauthorized products, books, characters, activities, courses, or services;
• Using protected content for advertising, promotions, fundraising, resale, commercial teaching, or another commercial purpose; and
• Claiming, registering, or presenting Storybook Club content as one’s own work or intellectual property.

6. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Use

Storybook Club content may not be scraped, harvested, copied, uploaded, ingested, or used to train, fine-tune, test, benchmark, prompt, develop, or improve an artificial-intelligence, machine-learning, image-generation, voice-cloning, text-generation, or similar automated system without prior written permission.

No permission is granted to use our artwork, characters, writing, voices, music, designs, or other content to generate imitations, variations, derivative materials, synthetic media, or competing content.

7. Original Merchandise and Counterfeits

The Storybook Club may sell or authorize merchandise featuring original artwork, characters, designs, and brand elements through its own shop or third-party marketplaces and print-on-demand providers. Only listings and sellers authorized by Bentley Global Group, LLC may reproduce protected content on merchandise.

Unauthorized products, copied designs, traced artwork, imitation characters, and listings that use our content without permission may constitute copyright infringement, trademark infringement, counterfeiting, unfair competition, or other unlawful conduct.

8. Enforcement and Legal Consequences

Bentley Global Group, LLC actively protects its intellectual property. If unauthorized use is discovered, we may take any action available under applicable law, platform rules, or contractual rights, including:

• Demanding immediate removal and cessation of the unauthorized use;
• Sending cease-and-desist or preservation notices;
• Submitting copyright, trademark, marketplace, hosting-provider, search-engine, social-media, payment-processor, or advertising takedown complaints;
• Seeking removal of infringing products, files, listings, accounts, advertisements, applications, or websites;
• Preserving evidence and identifying the people or organizations responsible;
• Seeking injunctions, monetary damages, infringer profits, statutory remedies, costs, attorneys’ fees, or other relief when available; and
• Referring fraudulent, counterfeit, or other unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities.

A delay or failure to act against one unauthorized use does not waive our rights or grant permission for that or any other use.

9. Reporting Suspected Infringement

If you believe Storybook Club artwork, characters, stories, books, products, files, or other creative materials have been copied, sold, posted, or used without authorization, please contact us. Include the location of the suspected infringement, links or screenshots, the name of the seller or account if known, and any other available details.

10. Permission and Licensing Requests

Permission is not granted merely because content is accessible online or has been purchased. Requests to license, reproduce, publish, teach from, distribute, display, adapt, or commercially use protected content must be submitted in writing and approved before use. Permission applies only to the specific material, purpose, audience, format, territory, and period stated in the written authorization.
